# Authentication

How to generate your API key on neura.al

All registered users can use the API via the API key on the dashboard.

Go to your [profile page](https://neura.al/profile) and use your API key as detailed by the red rectangle on the image below.

Click on the edit button for the first time only, and then click on the **key sign** to generate your API key.
